ARTS & CRAFTS |
|
|
With the understanding that every child is blessed with unique art, the Arts and Crafts Project was started to bring out and refine the inner talents of children interested in art. Activites include basic drawing, shading, tracing and origami. This project is implemented with children involved with many of Manav Sadhna’s different projects, including those in the Ashramshala’s, Bal Sanskar and Tution Classes and Street Education Project. Much of the emphasis of the art projects is put on creativity in using trash or other readily available materials in the environment that the children live in to make something beautiful. Children who show exceptional talent and motivation are then trained to compete in drawing and arts and crafts competitions.
