Pinky Sayju is a housewife in one of Ahmedabad’s marginalized communities, Rabarivas in Vadaj. Her son attends the MS afterschool program and is an active athlete in our sports program. Watching the situation unfold around her after the lockdown, Pinkyben was eager to contribute. She conducted a survey in her neighborhood, identifying 30 households in urgent need of food. Pinkyben and her husband, Akshaybhai (who works in a food-packaging unit), came to MS with a handcart to collect the grocery kits and provide them to the families.
